Responsibilities

• Oversee and finalize complex milestone documentation to DoD/SECNAV directives.
• Architect and manage ASRs, PIDs, PWS, funding packages, CDRLs, and APBAs.
• Evaluate procedures and contractor documentation against contract specs and mission needs.
• Synthesize data to produce executive briefs, papers, and NAVAIR correspondence.
• Represent the program at formal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
