Zusammenfassung

Prince George’s County Government’s Department of Family Services seeks a Division Manager (Associate Director G) to lead the Management Services Division, overseeing fiscal, contracts, HR, procurement, and accounting functions. The role requires strong leadership, budget development, policy implementation, and staff supervision to ensure quality services for county residents.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in administration and Finance; with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO EQUIVALENCY FOR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

Aufgaben

Directs daily fiscal, personnel, payroll, procurement and facilities management activities.
Works with the Director to develop sound organizational policies and structure.
Identifies and resolves complex requests related to financial, personnel, payroll and facilities management.
Directs the development of the annual county budget to reflect department needs and priorities.
Directly supervises the staff of the Management Services Division.
