Qualifications

• BS/BA in finance, economics, accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• Ten+ years in budget management, financial planning and analysis in government contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Division Director and management in the funding process and status reporting.
• Plan, analyze and report budgets, program planning, and project finances.
• Provide decision-support analyses and recommendations for program plans and budgets.
• Oversee PD process: preparation, cost estimation, dissemination, review, processing of PDs.
• Prepare monthly Program Plans for Director approval.
• Collaborate with Research Staff on project budgets and status reports.
• Coordinate Central Research Program: proposals, approvals and funding tracking.
• Partner with Finance on Revenue, Cost per Staff Year, Staff Year Delivery and Indirect spending.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
