Job summary

ANSER seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the WIRE IBAS program within DoD’s IBP. You will provide senior financial management, budget formulation, and execution expertise to strengthen the defense industrial base.

Lead complex analyses, develop executive reports, and advise senior leaders throughout the PPBE cycle. This role offers telework within the National Capital Region, with Arlington, VA or Mark Center options.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 14+ years
• 5+ years supporting DoD financial systems and processes.
• Experience initiating and processing MIPRs.
• Experience with RDT&E two-year accounts.
• 2+ years with 7600A/7600B Support Agreements.
• PPBE process knowledge and DoD FM regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process budget execution docs (PRs, MIPRs).
• Manage program budget execution including commitments and expenditures.
• Develop monthly spend and expenditure plans aligned with priorities.
• Provide executive-level financial analyses and dashboards.
• Develop financial models, budgets, and reporting tools.
• Lead financial meetings and review funding status and needs.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with DAR‑Q reviews.
• Support PPBE budget formulation and Exhibit development.
• Ensure compliance with DoD FM regs and budget principles.
• Coordinate responses to DoD financial management taskings.
