Eastman is seeking a Division Cost Analyst to join our finance team in Texas. The role partners with site and division leaders to improve budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, using SAP, Power BI, Excel, and Access.

You will prepare monthly and annual forecasts, monitor cost centers, and support close activities while ensuring accurate cost recording and reporting. Strong analytical skills and communication are essential.

Competenze

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of cost accounting experience preferred.
Proficiency with SAP cost accounting and financial systems; strong Excel skills.

Identify opportunities to improve budgeting, forecasting, cost accumulation, reporting, and cost-management processes.
Use SAP and tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Access to retrieve, analyze, and report data.
Prepare and maintain monthly and annual forecasts; coordinate with Turnaround Controls and other cost teams.
Monitor cost centers, materials, labor, accruals, and other cost measures; investigate gaps and mitigation plans.
Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools and applications for division financial questions and decisions.
