Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. You will perform forecasting, annual planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy for executive decision-making and cost controls.

You will lead monthly P&L closings, assist period-end closings per IFRS/GAAP, prepare analyses on cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to budgeting with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics from an accredited university.
• CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Financial forecasting, annual business planning, and rolling plans with variance analysis.
• Execute monthly P&L closing and assist period-end closings per IFRS/GAAP.
• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and research on performance and cost-saving measures.
• Participate in annual budgeting and cost-saving activities with team leaders.
• Provide essential business information and generate ad-hoc reports for management.
• Support materials for management reviews and meetings.
