Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least three years of finance experience and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards and OBIEE is preferred; Hyperion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close review, analyze actuals vs forecasts and variances.
• Produce clear, timely variance analyses and maintain financial models.
• Prepare and deliver concise presentations to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage the monthly forecasting process and coordinate with regional teams.
