Job summary

Carolina PRG is partnering with an established organization to appoint a Division Controller who will lead financial operations across multiple distribution locations. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, inventory, governance, and strategic analysis in a manufacturing/distribution context.

The successful candidate will partner with site and operational leadership, drive process improvements, mentor the finance team, and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and intercompany activity.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls across sites.
• Collaborate with operations to improve financial policies and reporting.
• Support capex planning and investment analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requests.
• Develop and mentor finance team members to high performance.
• Drive process improvements across the finance organization.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
