The role partners with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to improve productivity, asset utilization, and profitability, while building a high-performing finance organization and ensuring strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• 10+ years in finance leadership supporting manufacturing or capital-intensive operations.
• Experience with internal controls and driving performance improvements.
• Experience evaluating investments, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and lead finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance leader and business partner to Division Leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, and controls.
• Guide capital investments, manufacturing expansion, and portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain leaders.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization and culture.
