Kohl's is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to lead the LP program across 15+ stores in the district. You will drive results by controlling inventory shortage, budgets and compliance while supporting store teams.

Responsibilities include audits, on-site visits, staff development and cross-functional collaboration with law enforcement to prevent theft and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Loss Prevention programs for 15+ selling locations.
• Drive results by reducing inventory shortage and improving compliance.
• Oversee audits, store visits and implementation of best practices.
• Lead onboarding, training and development for LP staff.
• Partner with law enforcement, cross-functional teams and partners to stop theft and fraud.
• Manage district budgets, payroll, travel and store protection goals.
