Job summary

Domino's Pizza | MAJK Pizza LLC is seeking a leader to conduct pre-planned coaching of GMs, AMs and crew, and to provide actionable feedback and mentoring. You will drive operational excellence by enforcing policies, diagnosing gaps, and coordinating field support to close them.

You will also review key financial variables, develop data-driven insights, and present weekly updates at leadership meetings while driving market development and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Plan on‑job coaching objectives before each store visit using planning tools.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching of operations and management skills to GMs, AMs, and crew.
• Conduct annual performance reviews with actionable feedback.
• Offer professional development and career mentoring to GMs and AMs.
• Review financial data and present trends to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach GMs, AMs, and crew to improve operations and management skills.
• Develop and execute action plans to close operational gaps.
• Coordinate with Field Trainer, HR, and Operations Evaluator for support.
• Prepare short executive presentations to communicate trends and results.
• Lead market development activities to drive sales growth.
