Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years multi-unit experience in restaurant/retail industry.
• Experience ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job coaching and mentoring of GMs, AMs and crew.
• Perform annual performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback.
• Develop action plans to resolve operational gaps and track progress.
• Coordinate field support resources for store improvements.
• Prepare short executive presentations with key financial/operational insights.
• Lead market development activities and Local Store Marketing initiatives.
