Job summary

Sodexo Group seeks a Resident District Manager to lead the partnership with DC Public Schools in Washington, DC. You will oversee multiple accounts in a large urban K-12 district, guiding strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and a high standard of client and guest satisfaction.

The role requires mentoring on-site teams, building strong client relationships, and shaping budgets and resource deployment. Eligible for Sodexo’s incentive plan in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years related experience in food service or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple accounts within a dynamic region and champion operational excellence.
• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure high client and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor on-site teams and build lasting client relationships across DCPS.
• Influence district-wide strategy, budgets, and resource deployment across a multi-site portfolio.
