Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of management experience in food service.
• Experience leading large dining operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service operations with focus on quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Guide, coach and develop a team of staff to achieve performance targets.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and cost controls.
