Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with extensive toxicology experience in drug discovery/drug development.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex toxicology projects and interpret data.
• Experience with regulatory guidelines (GLP, FDA, EMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery Toxicology projects to support development of small molecule candidates.
• Plan studies from initiation to completion with timelines.
• Analyze and interpret toxicology data (in silico, in vitro, in vivo).
• Prepare and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance candidates into development.
