Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on policies, program benefits, and issues related to response programs.
• Assist in development of scope of work for project formulation and training guides.
• Prepare strategies, proposals, and policies for grant funding.
• Monitor grant funded projects for compliance, expenditures, and recordkeeping.
• Close projects in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Support disaster response and recovery efforts as a member of the SERT.
