Job summary

Communities In Schools of Nevada (CISN) seeks an Affiliate Senior Director to lead day-to-day programming and operations, oversee multiple programs and staff, and partner with the Executive Director on long-term strategy. You will shape data-driven improvements and strengthen school and community partnerships to expand CISN's reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s degree or higher a plus.
• 11+ total years of relevant education and experience considered.
• 6–8+ years experience with youth or social services programs required.
• 3–5+ years management experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and evaluate results.
• Experience coaching and motivating direct reports; cross-location leadership.
• Ability to develop partnerships with district and school leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the affiliate's day-to-day programming and operations for CISN.
• Set strategy across ISS, FSCS, and other programs; build growth plans.
• Translate directives into affiliate strategy and operating plans.
• Analyze data to drive priorities, training, and program quality.
• Manage budgets and resources; oversee staffing and district partnerships.
• Represent CISN externally with schools, districts, and leadership.
• Hire, train, and develop program leaders; uphold CORE values and culture.
