Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in clinical/administrative roles.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and operational expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a comprehensive strategic roadmap for Urology Services across multiple sites.
• Provide administrative oversight of Urology departments, ensuring workflow efficiency and optimal patient access.
• Drive Lean management, continuous improvement, and standardization across service lines.
