Job summary
Elliot Health System is seeking an Executive Director of Urology Services to lead the system-wide Urology portfolio across sites. This role oversees strategic planning, operational leadership, budgeting, and program development, reporting into senior physician and nursing executives.
The Director will drive standardization, patient-centered care, and growth initiatives, partnering with system leaders to advance the Urology service line and ensure alignment with Elliott’s mission and 5Cs across
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in a healthcare or related field.
- Five to seven years of leadership experience.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative oversight of all Urology departments and programs, including staffing, performance, throughput, and care delivery optimization.
- Develop budgets and manage capital resources; oversee contracts with outside organizations.
- Lead daily operations ensuring patient access, clinical workflow, and provider productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean practices; embed Elliot Management System.
- Partner with leadership to advance strategic planning and program development.
- Support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across Urology services.
