Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking an Executive Director of Urology Services to provide strategic, administrative, and operational leadership across Urology, Urogynecology and Urologic Oncology. The role drives system-wide planning and program expansion, ensuring quality and cost-effective care.

The Executive Director partners with senior leaders and clinical teams to standardize practices, optimize resources, and pursue new growth opportunities in Urology services.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in a healthcare field; administrative responsibilities preferred.
• Five to seven years of leadership experience in clinical settings.
• Experience in budgeting, resource and operational expense management.
• Project management or lean/six sigma certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of Urology departments and programs, staffing, throughput, and care delivery.
• Lead strategic planning and growth initiatives aligned with system priorities.
• Collaborate with governance, physician leadership and HR to drive workforce and program development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and integration into the Elliot Quality Management System.
