Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications: (None)
• Five (5)years healthcare experience in a clinical setting.
• Three (3)years of management experience.
• Strong communication skills with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and directs patient care activities while ensuring high quality care.
• Directs clinical and non-clinical personnel; approves hires and performance reviews.
• Develops department strategic plans and staffing models to meet budgets.
• Oversees budget, forecasts expenses, and manages capital items.
• Leads projects for executive leadership and ensures safe patient care.
