Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of healthcare experience in a clinical setting and three years of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and directs patient care activities ensuring the highest quality care; directs personnel; oversees hiring and performance appraisals; manages staffing and department budgets.
• Develops department goals and strategic plan; stays current with developments in the field and incorporates them.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and standards; participates in hospital marketing and promotional activities.
• Manages revenue, expenses, and FTEs; forecasts budgets and proposes capital items as needed.
• Leads projects for the CEO/COO and conducts budgetary analyses.
