Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Experience leading supply chain, procurement, planning, and manufacturing in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, production, procurement, materials management, inventory, production planning, warehousing, and logistics.
• Align people, materials, equipment, systems, and capacity to meet demand, quality, service, and financial objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement, establish standards, and drive cost and quality improvements.
• Partner with Quality, R&D, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and executive leadership to support growth and operational excellence.
