Lynd Clinical, Inc. seeks a Director of Budgets & Contracts to lead study budgeting, contract negotiation, and the financial terms across our multi-site network.

This leader will scale centralized budgets and contracts to accelerate activation, protect margins, and ensure costs are recoverable as the portfolio grows through acquisitions and new sites. Reporting to the COO and partnering with Finance and Legal, this role combines site-side budgeting expertise with strong negotiation skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years in site-side budget and contract negotiation.
• Experience negotiating budgets and clinical trial agreements with sponsors and CROs across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget development for new studies, including budgets, cost items, and rates.
• Negotiate and execute confidentialities, CTAs, and master CTAs with sponsors/CROs.
• Accelerate site activation by parallel budgeting, contracting, and regulatory start-up.
• Build Lynd's contracting playbook with standard terms and escalation thresholds.
• Support acquisitions with diligence on active contracts and post-close transitions.
• Embed budget/contract workflows into CTMS and other systems; use AI tools to speed reviews.
