Maze Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Clinical Business Operations to lead budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management for the Clinical Development organization. You will partner across Finance and operational leaders to ensure efficient trial execution and sound fiscal stewardship.

You will oversee study budgets, vendor relationships, financial governance, and the development of scalable processes while collaborating with senior leadership to drive performance and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10–12+ years in Clinical Business Operations or related roles.
• Experience budgeting global clinical trials across all phases.
• Experience negotiating CRO/vendor budgets and MSAs.
• Strong financial acumen and data analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Head of Clinical Operations on budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop scalable budgeting methodologies and financial tools.
• Oversee vendor management, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Prepare executive-level financial analyses and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance on monthly accruals, quarterly updates, and long-range planning.
• Negotiate budgets and contracts with CROs, vendors, and sites.
