Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Product Management Director for Mastercard Send in North America. This role owns the Send product strategy, roadmap, GTM, and marketing, partnering with account managers and business development to grow share and revenue across use cases.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop new use cases, and translate market insights into innovative product ideas while managing P&L and delivering customer value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in payments or related field.
• Experience managing digital payments product, especially in fast payment environments.
• Strong strategic thinker with a track record of developing innovative products or solutions.
• Executive presence and influencing skills; ability to negotiate with partners.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Send product strategy, roadmap, marketing and GTM in NAM; drive P&L results.
• Leverage market intelligence to evolve Send product and drive innovations.
• Develop and launch new use cases; lead product positioning and growth.
• Drive share and revenue growth through partnerships and bundles.
• Collaborate with account managers, business development and other groups to convert insights into product ideas.
