Job summary

Forge Nano, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development, North America, to lead semiconductor market expansion and customer development for ALDx-enabled thin film technology.

You will identify, develop and close strategic opportunities across fabs, device makers and equipment suppliers. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will manage a high-performing BD team, deliver executive-level briefings, and travel up to 70% across North America to accelerate growth in both front-end

Qualifications

• Extensive semiconductor industry experience (10+ years) in equipment, process tech, devices, or business development.
• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, materials, chemistry, physics or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American BD strategy for semiconductor applications of Forge Nano thin film tech.
• Build and expand a pipeline across front-end and back-end processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Eng, Ops, Product and Exec leadership.
• Support sales opportunities with account strategy, negotiations and deal progression.
• Lead and coach the BD and customer-facing team; deliver executive reviews and technical briefings.
