Jobot is seeking a seasoned Director of Risk & Insurance to lead enterprise risk, insurance programs, and governance for a leading utility organization. This executive role focuses on proactive risk culture, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to protect assets and drive resilient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; CRM/ARM/CIC certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in risk management and insurance, including contracts, audit and compliance.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing risk strategies.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, insurance products, and governing standards.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk management and insurance strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify risks and design mitigation plans to minimize impact.
• Manage insurance programs, negotiating coverage and pricing.
• Oversee risk/insurance budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across programs.
