Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Direct Sales Department to achieve/exceed goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligning with Spectrum objectives.
• Guide Direct Sales Managers in customer and sales strategies.
• Communicate sales strategy to field personnel and monitor results.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and mentoring staff.
• Manage territory assignments for residential and business relationships.
• Handle personnel matters including performance appraisals and coaching.
• Provide input during budget preparation and influence marketing discussions.
