Job summary

IHA seeks a Director-Provider Compensation and Contracts to lead development and administration of physician compensation models and contracts across primary care, specialty and surgery.

You will design plans, supervise staff, partner with executive leadership, and ensure compliance with policies, reporting, and accuracy of payments.

This full-time day-shift role is based in Ann Arbor, MI, offering strategic impact and collaboration across Trinity Health Medical Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting/finance or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles related to compensation/finance in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Directs provider compensation and contracts department functions and provides guidance to Finance Team and IHA leadership.
• Oversees timely preparation of provider compensation, models and reports.
• Designs and implements compensation programs, including for mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensures accuracy and compliance of payments and data reporting in the general ledger.
• Manages staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Communicates with leadership and providers regarding compensation results and policies.
