Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of related experience with 5 or more years of management experience required.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
• Advanced project controls skills.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
• Must possess exemplary communication skills - both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Direct project controls delivery across accounts, markets, or programs.
• Provide executive-level client engagement and advisory support.
• Lead and develop Managers; ensure service quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Partner with account leadership on staffing, performance, and growth.
• Support business development efforts including pursuits and client expansion.
