Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, MBA, CPA.
• Seven (7) years of health care information experience including physician compensation models, Medicare payment models, financial/billing data (ICD-10, CPT, DRG).
• Experience with project management, consulting or decision support and developing business plans.
• Experience analyzing data within relational database systems and tools, Excel, Pivot tables, etc.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives on physician finance and analytics strategies.
• Oversee physician productivity, compensation, and service-line economics.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance analytics for leadership.
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for physicians.
• Identify revenue and cost optimization opportunities across stakeholders.
• Evaluate service lines with business plans, pro formas, and risk analyses.
• Support long-range strategic planning with Strategy and physician leadership.
• Perform other organizational duties as assigned by executive leadership.
