Job summary

Mountain View Health Services is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer / Director of Finance, Analytics & Sustainability to lead the financial strategy, data analytics, and long-term sustainability of our organization. Reporting to the CEO/Medical Director and working alongside the COO, the CFO will be the organization's financial and analytics leader.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related) and/or CPA.
• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with budgets, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with healthcare finance, including revenue cycle and payer reimbursement.
• Experience managing federal or state grant funds.
• Strong background in healthcare analytics, data systems, and program evaluation.
• Eligibility to participate in federal programs (not debarred, suspended, or excluded).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management across budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Own financial sustainability by developing long-term financial model and diversified revenue strategies.
• Drive reimbursement strategy and Medicaid pathways in collaboration with COO.
• Build data and analytics infrastructure to support quality improvement and program evaluation.
• Lead the evaluation data function with cost and sustainability analytics.
• Strengthen quality and performance data measurement to aid leadership decisions.
• Support grant financial stewardship and audit readiness in line with federal requirements.
