• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in employee communications or related field.
• Experience leading communications strategy for complex organizations or functions.
• Strong ability to translate complex policies into clear, accessible messaging.
• Proven track record building and evolving communications functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated PCE communications strategy aligned with priorities.
• Lead communications planning and execution for programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Translate complex People policies into audience-appropriate communications.
• Establish standards for reviewing PCE communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Measure reach, engagement, and understanding to improve effectiveness.
