Planned Parenthood Federation of America in New York seeks a Director of People, Culture & Equity Communications to lead the PCE communications function, shaping strategy, standards, and reporting to the Chief PCE Officer. You will develop an integrated editorial calendar, oversee materials from newsletters to executive messages, and measure reach and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in employee communications or related field.
• Experience leading communications strategy for complex organizations.
• Expertise in integrated communications strategies, including audience segmentation and editorial planning.
• Experience advising senior leaders on communications strategy and risk.
• Experience building or evolving communications functions and governance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an integrated PCE communications strategy aligned with priorities.
• Lead the infrastructure for PCE communications including standards and channels.
• Manage editorial calendar and communications materials for programs and initiatives.
• Translate complex policies into clear, accessible communications.
