Planned Parenthood Federation of America seeks a Director of Strategic Programs to lead program management and change management for People, Culture & Equity. • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, project management, change management, or related field.
• Expertise in program and project management methodologies, governance, dependency/risk management.
• Experience applying change management to complex organizational initiatives, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a scalable program management framework for PCE with governance tools and standards.
• Translate priorities into integrated implementation plans with milestones and ownership.
• Lead cross-functional program management for high-priority initiatives across PCE functions.
• Develop and manage governance structures for accountability and timely decisions.
• Lead change management including stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility with progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide reporting and insights to leadership to guide decisions and priorities.
• Build scalable program management tools and practices across PCE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
