You will prepare the annual payroll budget, monitor variances, and drive process improvements across the organization.

The role requires 7+ years of managerial payroll experience in a healthcare or shared services setting, with CPP/CCP-PPS preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains internal controls and procedures for payroll operations.
• Coordinates with Shared Services leadership, facility leadership, HR, and Corporate Payroll.
• Prepares and monitors the annual payroll budget and analyzes variances.
• Implements system modifications to improve payroll efficiency.
• Coaches and develops payroll staff to ensure team performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
