Job summary

You will serve as the key liaison with payors, drive Medicaid participation, and develop scalable credentialing processes to support expansion.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation skills, and experience managing a credentialing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in dental credentialing with 3–5 years in payor relations.
• Experience with Medicaid dental payors and plans.
• Proven track record negotiating payor contracts across commercial and Medicaid lines.
• Experience working in a multi-location dental organization or DSOs.
• Strong knowledge of NCQA, CAQH, and state credentialing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPCS/CPMSM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead credentialing, payor enrollment, and contracting functions for the organization.
• Serve as the strategic liaison between Lone Peak and dental/medical payors.
• Oversee Medicaid enrollment, revalidation, and state enrollment requirements.
• Build scalable credentialing processes to support growth and new openings.
• Monitor payor policy changes and reimbursement trends.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the credentialing team.
