Job summary

Aspen Dental, part of The Aspen Group (TAG), is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join the Payor Strategy team remotely. You will manage enrollment and credentialing for Aspen Dental providers with insurance payers and dental plans.

The role focuses on timely submissions, accurate updates, recredentialing, and collaboration with Field Support, Operations and RCM to resolve issues and maintain uninterrupted billing and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of payor enrollment experience.
• Proficient with CAQH, Availity and credentialing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and track payer enrollment applications for new providers and changes.
• Maintain enrollment records in the credentialing system.
• Communicate with payers, providers, and internal teams to process applications efficiently.
• Monitor status, follow up on delays, and resolve issues promptly.
• Update provider information with contracts and payer updates as needed.
• Ensure timely recredentialing and avoid lapses in enrollment.
• Collaborate with RCM and Field Support to resolve escalated issues.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-network enrollment issues and dates.
• Coordinate temporary enrollments and necessary documentation.
• Generate enrollment status reports and support audits.
