Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational management of all student-facing programs and academic services for the department.
• Oversee lifecycle of graduate programs, admissions, orientation, aid budgeting, and fellowships.
• Coordinate with central services for student support and campus partnerships.
• Lead curriculum planning, teaching load oversight, and TA allocations.
• Provide leadership to improve processes and serve on committees.
