Job summary

Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) seeks a Senior Director of Business Operations to steward Program Impact’s internal operations across Education, Workforce Development, Teaching Kitchen Academy, and Business Development. You’ll own budgets, staffing, data systems, and reporting, aligning programs with CSD’s mission.

Reporting to the Vice President of Program Impact, you’ll manage a team of program leaders, drive operational excellence, and ensure scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading internal operations and staff development.
• Experience with budgeting and program-level reporting.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Deaf culture is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee division-wide systems, reporting, staffing, budgeting, and cross-program coordination.
• Coordinate internal operations and reporting to enable PI units to scale and meet funder expectations.
• Lead collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to implement new initiatives and tools.
