Job summary

Crystal Springs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Adult Services to lead the division and report to the SVP/COO. You will drive program development, quality assurance, staff management, and growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Nursing and Behavior Services, supervise key staff, manage budgets, and pursue new partnerships and funding to expand services and impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred.
• 10+ years leadership experience serving adults with developmental disabilities.
• CPR, First Aid & MAP certifications must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Strong leadership, strategic goal execution, and stakeholder management.
• Budgeting, financial management, and cost control proficiency.
• Knowledge of MA DDS, CARF, CMS regulations.
• Experience with licensing and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and vision for all Adult Services programs.
• Lead Executive Leadership Team liaison and align with organizational goals.
• Direct supervision and performance management of Adult Services staff.
• Oversee budgets, payroll oversight, census monitoring, and budget amendments.
• Identify opportunities and write proposals/grants for funding and expansion.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, metrics, and case reviews.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Behavioral Services, Finance and others for cohesive service delivery.
• Create and implement effective policies for operations and compliance.
• Represent Adult Services at external meetings and licensing visits.
