Job summary

Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, seeks a senior leader to oversee the Planning & Capital Projects division within the Facilities Department. Responsibilities include master planning, capital planning, and design review for all PSU- and PSH-owned buildings on the Hershey Campus.

The role directs Project Management, Renovations, and Planning staff, coordinating with external Architects & Engineers, Construction Managers, and General Contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of related experience required.
• 5 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and develop the Planning & Capital Projects division for Hershey Medical Center & College of Medicine Facilities Department.
• Lead master planning, capital planning, and design review processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training programs are in place.
• Oversee Project Management, Renovations, and Planning personnel.
• Direct external architectural & engineering consultants, construction managers, and general contractors.
• Develop and implement operational and capital budgets.
• Integrate Planning & Project Delivery functions at the Academic Medical Center.
