Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate Pharmacist licensed to practice in the state
• MBA or MHA preferred
• Completion of Health System Pharmacy Administration Residency, or similar experience preferred
• Licensed pharmacist, in good standing, with the State Boards of Pharmacy
• Active CPR card
• Seven or more years experience managing pharmacy services in a health system preferred, with community and/or specialty focus

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for community, infusion, and centralized pharmacy services
• Lead operational and clinical initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
• Provide oversight for the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Operations, Assistant Director of Infusion Pharmacy, Assistant Director of Centralized Services, Pharmacy Operations Business Manager, and Clinical Programs Manager
• Accountable for quality, financial performance, operational effectiveness, and patient experience
