Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy with PharmD or BS.
• 1+ year hospital pharmacy supervision experience.
• ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent experience.
• Maryland pharmacist license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for Central Pharmacy to ensure safe and efficient medication-use processes.
• Develop and supervise pharmacists, technicians, and supervisors.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, automation, and operational innovation.
• Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, and supply chain teams to implement strategic initiatives and improve performance.
• Participate in committees and residency/precepting activities to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
