We are seeking a Director of Pharmacy Operations for Johns Hopkins Care at Home. The Director of Operations provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for community, infusion, and centralized pharmacy services. The Director leads operational and clinical initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and provides oversight for the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Operations, Assistant Director of Infusion Pharmacy, Assistant Director of Centralized Services, Pharmacy Operations Business Manager, and Clinical Programs Manager. This role is accountable for achieving departmental objectives related to quality, financial performance, operational effectiveness, and patient experience.
Minimum $186,519.00/annually - Maximum $218,718.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
