Johns Hopkins Care at Home in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Vice President to lead pharmacy and Home Medical Equipment (HME) operations across the care continuum. You will collaborate with executives and clinical leaders to standardize practices, promote medication safety, and drive innovation in care delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, regulatory readiness, and cost containment while guiding talent development and service excellence for home and ambulatory settings.

Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in health systems or large home care organizations.
• Leadership experience in home care settings highly desirable.
• Maryland Pharmacist License required upon hire.
• Experience with financial management, practice models and drug use control strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for pharmacy and HME services across JHCH.
• Directs pharmacy and HME operations, clinical services, and regulatory readiness.
• Establishes standardized policies, procedures and practice standards for quality and safety.
• Leads formulary management, contracting, distribution systems, and technology solutions.
• Oversees workforce planning, budgeting, and leadership development.
