Monster Energy seeks a Director of Manufacturing Planning to lead production planning and inventory control across internal manufacturing facilities, ensuring materials, schedules, and inventory accuracy support plant output requirements. The role partners with each plant's Director of Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain to align production with demand.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, 7+ years in production/planning, 3–5 years

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 7+ years in production or materials planning, multi-site preferred.
• 3–5 years leading planning/inventory teams across locations.
• Proficient with MS Office; Power BI or similar reporting; ERP/MES systems.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and standardize production planning across multiple sites.
• Oversee master scheduling aligning with material availability and demand.
• Direct inventory control including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with plant Directors to align planning with production needs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to support schedules.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and reporting across sites.
• Lead and develop site-level Planning and Inventory teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory practices.
• Develop scalable processes for future site expansion.
• Present planning and inventory performance to senior leadership.
