The HealthCare Connection (THCC) is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across medical and dental practices in Cincinnati, OH. Reporting to the COO, you will guide Clinical Supervisors, ensure patient-centered care, and align staffing, capacity, and workflows with organizational goals.
Candidates should bring extensive healthcare operations experience, strong leadership, and a track record of improving performance while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a health-related field.
- Five (5) years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for medical and dental practices.
- Lead Clinical Supervisors and ensure accountable, high-quality operations.
- Set system-wide standards and monitor performance with measurable improvement plans.
- Coordinate staffing, workflows, and capacity planning with clinical leaders.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive change management and multi-site operational initiatives.
