TP Mechanical, LLC. is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead sourcing, vendor management, and contract activities for major HVAC, piping, and process system projects.

You will align procurement plans with project schedules and budgets, manage long-lead items, and coordinate with BIM and field teams to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in procurement for mechanical contracting, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of optimizing cost and schedule

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience within a large mechanical, HVAC, or MEP contracting environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction materials, equipment, and installation methods.
• Proven experience negotiating large-scale purchase agreements and supplier contracts.
• Experience managing procurement for projects valued at $10M+.
• High School or GED Equivalent. Trade School a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors for mechanical materials and equipment.
• Help implement national programs and support them through TriplePoint.
• Oversee purchasing of major equipment and materials, including HVAC equipment, piping systems, valves, fittings, insulation, controls, and prefabrication materials.
• Manage long-lead items and coordinate early procurement strategies to mitigate schedule risks.
